About the Division
The Women’s Equipment Brokers Association (WEBA – Women’s Division) is a dedicated branch of WEBA that focuses on empowering women in the heavy equipment industry. We recognize the unique challenges women face in a traditionally male-dominated field and provide the support, resources, and opportunities needed to not only thrive but lead.
