A little about Jim
Jim grew up on a cattle feeding and farming operation west of Red Deer. Spent 20 years in the cattle vaccine business across the prairies, followed by a decade as a licensed realtor in Alberta and BC. I was a participant and facilitator with Strategic Coach for 15 years and played a key role in the sales launch of The Vaults in Calgary North and Kelowna (Phase One). An avid CrossFitter with a passion for golf and long road trips.

Andreas is an experienced entrepreneur with a background in agriculture and construction equipment. Growing up on a farm, he developed a deep understanding of machinery and hard work. His career has taken him through countless farm fields, road construction sites, oil field operations, and mining, where he seeded, sprayed, and harvested crops, built roads, moved oil rigs, and gained valuable industry experience. For the past 15 years, Andreas has successfully run his own business, leveraging his 20+ years in the agriculture industry to provide innovative solutions for his customer base. His diverse expertise and strong work ethic make him a dynamic leader in his field.
A little about Adam
Adam has over 20 years of Business Management experience in industrial, retail, and Real Estate, including some overseas work in Australia. Mechanically minded, his commitment to provide quality service in everything he does is where he finds his success. Adam has a strong ability to quantify the numbers so that you can find confidence in making those big decisions in your business. When he is not helping people, Adam finds himself at the gym, on the golf course, or coaching High School Football. He also loves to chat about his brief experience as a dive instructor in the tropics.
